The FY 2024-25 Adopted Budget includes a total millage rate of 5.0550, which is a reduction of 0.1450 from the prior year. This means property owners are saving $0.10 for every $1,000 of taxable property value. The City of Port St. Lucie only accounts for 21% of the total tax bill. Other factors outside of the City’s control may cause one to see a higher tax bill.
